Dr. Amber Enns
Dr. Amber Enns graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College with Summa Cum Laude honours in 2006, after completing her Undergraduate Degree in Biological Science at the University of Saskatchewan with Great Distinction. Dr. Enns is licensed with the Alberta College and Association of Chiropractors (ACAC) and is also a member of the Canadian Chiropratic Association (CCA). Her focus is on family wellness with a special interest in acupuncture after graduating from the University of Alberta’s Traditional Chinese Acupuncture program in the College of Medicine in July of 2011. She has completed post-graduate training through the International Chiropractors Association in pregnancy and prenatal care and strives to regularly attend post-graduate training sessions as it relates to Family Care.
Growing up in Lloydminster, Dr. Enns is committed to improving the wellness of her patients in this community through gentle hands on chiropractic and soft tissue therapy, traditional Chinese acupuncture, and diet and exercise recommendations. She employs safe and appropriate techniques when working with each patient and is always current in research and practice methods. Her goal is to work in a collaborative way with a patient’s health care team to ensure complete care.
Dr. Jordanna Hann
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Jordanna Hann graduated from the University of Western States in 2018 with Summa Cum Laude honors receiving a Doctorate of Chiropractic as well as a Bachelors of Human Biology. Prior to moving to Oregon, Jordanna graduated with great distinction from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelors of Physiology and Pharmacology. After learning about prescriptions and all their effects Dr. Hann is passionate about educating patients on natural and safe drug-free alternatives to dealing with pain and suffering.
Born and raised in Lloydminster, AB Jordanna is excited to be returning to her home town to assist patients in maintaining optimal health and wellness. Dr. Hann believes that chiropractic care is an important component of health for individuals of all ages. She is eager to help her patients reach their goals, whatever they may be.
Growing up Jordanna was a competitive dancer and volleyball player, therefore she is no stranger to injuries and knows first-hand the benefits of chiropractic in returning to sport. Her treatments include manual chiropractic adjusting, soft tissue therapies, taping and exercise techniques that are individually tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Jordanna is thrilled to be collaborating with the team at Transition Health and Wellness to help patients get back to doing what they love.
Dr. Rylan Gaudet
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Gaudet graduated from the University of Alberta in 2015 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences, prior to achieving his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree and Bachelor’s Degree in Human Biology in 2018 from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. He has always been passionate about serving the community and continues to be through his patient-centered care.
Dr. Gaudet practices diversified chiropractic techniques which include muscle release techniques, spinal adjusting and functional rehabilitation for a wide range of injuries. He enjoys working with a diverse group of patients, from young athletes to the retired population.
His main goal is getting people back to doing the things they love, while empowering his patients to be in control of their pain. He is dedicated to giving you the most current, evidence-based care possible to help you live healthier and reach your goals.
His hobbies include hiking in the mountains, going on long road trips and playing a variety of sports. If not in the clinic, you’ll find Dr. Gaudet on the golf course!
Dr. Aly Harland
Doctor of Chiropractic
Aly is thrilled to return to Lloydminster and treat the wonderful people that make it such a great community. After high school she studied Agriculture as a Greystone Scholar at the University of Saskatchewan before moving to Portland, OR to pursue chiropractic. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Western States with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree as well as a Bachelors of Human Biology. During her final year she was the UWS student representative for the Student Canadian Chiropractic Association.
She has a passion for working with people of all ages and backgrounds, from newborns to high school athletes, desk workers, labourers, pregnant women, seniors and everyone in between. It is her mission to provide the most effective, evidence based care in a way that fulfills her patient’s goals and exceeds their expectations. Her treatments are personalized to suit the needs of the individual and often involve a combination of manual or instrument assisted adjustments, soft tissue therapy, movement and exercise therapy.
Aly grew up on a farm just north of Lloyd and has always been very involved with softball, dance, volleyball, downhill skiing and piano. She still loves spending time on the family farm and taking part in any type of physical activity.
She feels privileged to be part of her patient’s health care team and wants to see everyone thrive on their wellness journey.

Dr. Lisa Redel
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Lisa Redel graduated in 2023 from Palmer College of Chiropractic West. She earned a Doctor of Chiropractic degree with Magna Cum Laude Presidential Honours and was the recipient of the Clinical Excellence Award. Prior to chiropractic school, Lisa received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with
Distinction from the University of Calgary (2020).
Lisa grew up on a farm south of Consort, Alberta. She has remained involved in agriculture throughout her time at school and is excited to treat farmers and ranchers from the rural areas surrounding Lloydminister. Growing up Lisa competed in volleyball, basketball, and dance. Lisa became motivated to learn more about alternatives to pharmaceutical pain control after chiropractic care helped her recover from sports injuries in high school. In her free time Lisa enjoys skiing, paddle boarding, hiking and travelling.
Lisa is passionate about helping her patients move and feel better. She enjoys working with patients of all backgrounds and fitness levels, from youth athletes to seniors. Her treatments include diversified spinal and extremity adjusting techniques, muscle release techniques, and exercise prescription. Lisa creates individualized evidence-based care plans that empower patients to reach their goals. Lisa has taken continuing education
in Functional Range Conditioning, FAKTR Rehab, Barbell Rehab, and Biomechanical Taping.
Dr. Thomas Hnatko
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Thomas Hnatko has been a chiropractor since 1981, graduating from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and has served the Lloydminster area for 35 years.
He uses the ‘whole person’ approach in his treatments, which means looking for the underlying causes of disease, discomfort, pain and recommending whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments would optimize the conditions for normal function. Using this approach, Dr. Hnatko is able to help accelerate and/or maintain the journey to good health.
Some of the techniques he utilizes include Activator Methods, Applied Kinesiology, Diversified Technique, Gonstead, Sacro-Occipital Technique, Neuro-Modulation Technique, NAET Allergy Elimination Technique, Paediatric and Cranial Sacral Techniques. He is certified in Chiropractic Extremity Techniques, has a diploma in Homeopathy and has completed the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute program achieving CAFCI certification. In addition, he is a Diplomate with the Shanghai Research Institute of Acupuncture. Dr. Hnatko continues to upgrade his education with many additional and complementary facets of health improvement including Chiropractic methodologies, Functional Medicine, nutrition and acupuncture in order to facilitate improvement in patients’ health.
Outside of practice, Dr. Hnatko is an avid competitive and recreational sailor. He also enjoys strumming out a tune on his ukulele.
Dr. Alysha Somji
Naturopathic Doctor
A licensed Naturopathic Doctor, Dr. Somji graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine after completing her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences at the University of Alberta. She is licensed through The College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta (CNDA) and is also a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND).
Following her love for travel, Dr. Somji had the opportunity to travel to India in 2008 and volunteer with Child Family Health International Foundation, where she spent four weeks immersed in learning about traditional medicine. She also had the opportunity in 2010 to work at the National Hospital of Traditional Medicine in Hanoi, Vietnam. While working at the hospital, she learned about the pathology, examination and treatment practice in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Dr. Somji has a strong passion for nutrition and fitness, and believes that healthy eating is an important core component of achieving optimum health. Dr. Somji’s goal is to empower her patients to incorporate personal lifestyle medicine, which involves making nutrition, movement and stress management a priority.
Dr. Somji utilizes diet and lifestyle counselling, nutritional supplementation, homeopathy, botanical medicine, counselling, Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture as well as various testing to achieve optimum wellness with her patients. She believes that each individual is unique and because of this an individualized approach to treatment is employed. Educating patients to take an active role in their health is an essential step to achieving overall wellness.
Through encouraging preventative medicine, she believes that patients can attain long term wellness. Dr. Somji’s focus is on family medicine; with a special interest in women’s health as she is interested in helping women better navigate the complex stages of puberty, fertility and conception as well as menopause. She also has a special interest in supporting individuals with digestive and nutrition issues, skin conditions, autoimmune conditions, as well as children’s health.
When not at work, Dr. Somji loves spending time with her young family and being active with friends.

Amber Lamont
Amber Lamont is a 2008 graduate of the 2200 hour program at Alberta Massage Therapy out of Grand Prairie. She is a member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada Association (NHPC). She is trained in both therapeutic and relaxation massage including: Swedish Massage, Jade Stone (hot rock) Massage and Shamballa Reiki. She is known for her gentle approach that solves those chronic and tight spots while you are still feeling fully relaxed in her care. Amber grew up in Maidstone, SK and moved to Lloydminster in 1999. She is committed to continually expanding her knowledge of techniques that will help alleviate the discomforts associate with everday and occupational stresses, muscular over-use and chronic pain conditions.
Andrea Heddon
After taking a year off for a maternity leave, Andrea has returned to the clinic as of February 3, 2020. Andrea’s passion is the need to help people, which prompted her career as a Registered Massage Therapist. She graduated from a 2200 hour program from Alberta Massage Training in 2010 and joined our team in 2013. She specializes in Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage and Myofascial Cupping. Andrea’s treatment offers a deeper therapeutic touch, for those who would like a deep pressure treatment. When not at the clinic, she can be found running her four children to and from extracurricular activities. She enjoys spending down time at the lake in the summer. Andrea is looking forward to seeing all past and future clients.
Raylene Laycock
R.Ac Raylene Laycock grew up near Paradise Valley, Alberta, and has always been an active and engaged member of the Lloydminster community. She was heavily involved in sports and agriculture in her youth and holds these experiences close to her. Now that she has completed school and returned home, she is eager to rejoin the Lloydminster community and use what she has learned to help others.
Raylene graduated from MacEwan University in 2021 with her diploma in Acupuncture and is registered as an Acupuncturist with the College of Acupuncturists of Alberta. Raylene is passionate about helping people find peace through her medicine and wants to help lift the burden of all forms of pain. She is eager to work with people of all ages and backgrounds helping with sport injuries, chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, mental wellness, and women's health concerns (ex. Fertility, menopause, painful cycles) to name a few.
Acupuncture is meant to restore harmony and balance within our body. It initiates our internal healing properties by targeting the aspects of our body in need of attention or rebalancing, promoting circulation and reducing inflammation. Raylene has studied Traditional Chinese medicine throughout her university career and will do her best to honor its traditions and shed more light to its incredible capacity. Her acupuncture practice will include the techniques of electro-acupuncture, manual stimulation, cupping, Tui Na Massage, topical ointments, and moxibustion.
Carrie Gladstone
I was born and raised in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, and moved to Lloydminster AB in 2005 with my husband Jason and our two children, Brianne and Prestly . While my children were little I took online courses and received my Administrative Assistant Diploma in 2006. In the 16 years we have been in Lloydminster I have worked in a few different fields, finding my passion is clinical work.
I enjoy time with close family and friends usually at the lake, skiing or some warm destination.
I look forward to working in the warm environment at Transition Health and Wellness and getting to know our patients.
Gina Wildeman
I was born in Wilkie, Saskatchwan where I lived until 1991 when we moved as a family to Lloydminster. My husband, Regan and I raised our 3 amazing children; Hannah, Emily and Ethan here. I am very excited to be apart of the team at Transition Health and Wellness and look forward to meeting new and existing patients.
Karen Bannerman
I grew up on the family farm and went to school in Hillmond, Saskatchewan. I spent my younger years working with livestock and participating in 4H. When I left the farm, I had a short career in retail and soon decided to enrol in the Accounting Technician and Correspondence Secretary programs at Reeves College. There, I found my calling and spent the next 30 years in the optical industry as an office manager.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughters, and extended family. We do lots of camping, quadding, and snowmobiling together. I also enjoy gardening, curling, playing volleyball, and polkafests.
I look forward to my next chapter in becoming a part of the team at Transition Health and Wellness.

Stacey was raised in Cut Knife, SK and moved to the community of Lloydminster in 2005. Helping and healing was ingrained in her soul from a young age and through the years she has worked in a variety of areas in the diverse field of nursing. She brings over 20 years experience as a Registered Nurse to the collaborative healthcare team at Transition Health and Wellness.
In 2013 Stacey expanded her nursing knowledge to be a provider of Spinal Decompression here in Lloydminster. Eventually taking over the business, she continues to provide an alternative form of relief for disc related issues of the low back or neck.
