I grew up on my family’s farm near Hillmond, Saskatchewan. After leaving the farm, I began my career in retail before pursuing my education at Reeves College, completing the Accounting Technician and Correspondence Secretary programs. It was there that I discovered my passion for administration and office management.
I went on to spend more than 30 years in the optical industry, where I built a rewarding career as an Office Manager. I am now enjoying the next chapter of my career as part of the amazing team at Transition Health and Wellness, where I continue to bring my experience to a work environment I truly enjoy.
Outside of work, family is very important to me. My husband and I are proud parents and grandparents. I feel very fortunate to enjoy both a fulfilling career and a busy, family life.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughters, and extended family. We do lots of camping, quadding, and snowmobiling together. I also enjoy gardening, curling, playing volleyball, and polkafests.
I look forward to my next chapter in becoming a part of the team at Transition Health and Wellness.

I grew up in Saskatoon. I completed the Medical Office Assistant course at McKay Career training in 2014, with awards and honours. I have been blessed with five children. We enjoy many activities including kickboxing, dance, reading and more. I believe a healthy lifestyle includes many different activities and know that this is the place to maintain alignment. It is a great honour to be able to help everyone here at Transitional Health and Wellness.

I was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. Our family relocated to Lloydminster in 2005. My husband Jay and I have been married for 21 years and raised two wonderful children, Coleman and Phoenix. I enjoy spending my extra time reading, painting and occasionally golfing. I am so excited to become part of the Transition Health and Wellness family and look forward to meeting all of our wonderful patients!
